This tasty cocktail invokes the wonders and magic of the Mediterranean. Enjoy one at home now, and then again on board with us starting this summer!

Ingredients needed…

• 1/4 oz. Fresh lime Juice
• 1/4 oz. Simple syrup
• Pinch of egg white powder
• 1 oz. Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. Metaxa
• 1 oz. Chilled Prosecco

Preparation: Combine all ingredients with the exception of Prosecco in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a glass. Top with Prosecco, garnish and serve.

Glass: Wine or Champagne Glass

Garnish: Lime or Orange swirl
